Ali graduated from Dartmouth College with an A.B. in Russian Language & Literature and Russian Area Studies. After acting as a translator primarily for oil and gas companies, Ali attended Tulane Law School where she graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Coif and Phi Delta Phi. Ali was named in Who’s Who: American Law Students for each of her three years of law school and received a Tulane Law Kohlmeyer Merit Scholarship. While at Tulane, she was a student-attorney in the Environmental Law Clinic and received a certificate in Environmental Law.
Ali is of counsel in the firm’s litigation section and practices exclusively in the area of insurance coverage. She has represented foreign and domestic insurers in state and federal courts in disputes relating primarily to insurance coverage for construction defect claims, liability claims, environmental claims, health hazard claims, employment discrimination claims, and first-party property claims.
